RESERVATION

To book an experience, you will not have to pay any deposit, except museums where you need to pay in advance the amount of the entrance tickets.

The reservation must be made by sending an e-mail with the following data:

• name and surname of the group leader

• total number of adults and under 18 people

For archaeological sites and museums, customers under 25 must carry their ID or passport.

For walking tours, documents are not required.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION

I will send you the booking confirmation with the following information:

• Day and time of the experience

• Cost of the experience including and excluding entrance tickets

• Price per person of the entrance ticket 

• Meeting point 

• Duration

CANCELLATION POLICY OR IF YOU ARE LATE

There will be no cancellation costs for all experiences except for some museums in this case you'll lose the 100% fee of the entrance tickets. 

If you are late call me at the emergency number that will be given to you at the moment of the reservation. According on how late you are we will evaluate at the moment.

SUBSTITUTIONS

The customer who renounces the tour can be replaced by another person except for the sites where the tickets are nominative.

MEETING POINT

The meeting point can be agreed at the moment of the reservation. The guide will be holding a board with your name at the agreed spot.

​

Make sure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.

 

 

HEADPHONES

Pre-formed groups of more than 12 people will have headphones included in the experience.

SKIP THE LINE

This service is included in the experience. “Skip the line” means having a privileged entrance for groups or individual visitors to guarantee priority and direct entry to the site of interest, before the normal waiting line.

There is no control over the internal organization of the individual attractions or events, therefore any waiting time, even if minimal, does not depend on the tour guide.
